Weather and Packing

The conference dress code is “refined outdoorsy”. In late March, Monterey typically experiences cool, coastal spring weather—expect daytime highs in the 50s–60s °F and chilly evenings. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking and packing layers, as temperatures can shift quickly with ocean breezes.

The property itself has walking trails, and the surrounding area offers beautiful coastal paths along the ocean. To stay comfortable outdoors, we suggest bringing a warm jacket, a scarf, and perhaps a hat or beanie for added warmth.

Shuttle Services

BrainMind will be providing complimentary shuttles departing from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 29th (recommended arrival into SFO no later than 12:15 PM to allow time to deplane and find the pick-up spot), traveling directly to Asilomar, arrival is expected at 3:30 PM.

BrainMind will also be providing shuttles from Asilomar to SFO at the end of the gathering, departing Asilomar at 1:30 PM on April 1st, arrival expected at 4:00 PM.
