Participants

Asilomar for the Brain and Mind will host over 250 thoughtfully assembled participants, including more than 100 neuro-entrepreneurs spanning clinical to consumer innovation and more than 100 funders — angels, venture firms, and philanthropic foundations actively deploying capital into brain and mind science. Integral to the work at Asilomar, the gathering includes over 30 lived-experience advocates, alongside clinicians, policymakers, and academic leaders whose work is deeply intertwined with neuroinnovation in the private sector.

Participants have been brought together for their ability to carry this work forward through their professional endeavors — shaping companies, investment decisions, regulation, care, and public understanding. For the first time, the full set of stakeholders who build, fund, govern, and experience neurotechnology will work together in one coordinated forum.

This meeting marks a first in the history of the field: a cross-sector effort to build practical tools that bend the arc of neuroinnovation toward responsible, human-centered impact.
